Chanone worked for over 10 years in the Pet Supply Industry helping people and their pets live happier, healthier lives. While working in this industry, Chanone noticed that many people had difficulty communicating and living with their canine companions. This inspired Chanone to go to "Dog Trainer School" at a government recognized school of dog trainers in British Columbia, and obtain her certificate as Master Dog Trainer and Kennel Manager. Chanone has also obtained her Pet Nutrition Specialist Certificate and has extensive knowledge on pet nutrition and natural health care.
Chanone knows that dog training is all about experience and practice. She continues to learn from dogs every day and gain experience on a regular basis to keep her skills up to date so that she can continue to help families and their canine companions.

- Savannah - (Oct 1999 - Sept 2008) Border Collie X, Jade's sister (Rainbow Bridge after a long battle with mega-esophagus)...miss you darling...
- Tundra (Nov 1997 - Jan 2010) - Chow X, spayed female, resident grumpy old lady (Rainbow Bridge due to an inoperable liver tumor) ...my heart still aches
Serraphyn (Serra), HIC (Herding Instinct Certified) - Rottweiler, born May 2008, spayed female, adopted when previous homes had difficulty with health and behaviour issues, a natural herding dog. (Rainbow Bridge due to genetic kidney disease at 3 years old. This is why genetic testing for breeders is SO important...)
