Diego - Adopted Nov 27, 2011 to Megan!

Diego is a great puppy, but he was just too much for his last family with two young kids to look after as well.
Diego has been adopted by Megan who is one of our long term staff members here at Canine Harmony. What perfect timing as Megan is now doing her dog trainers apprenticeship and Diego will be a great student! :)
Megan is also an athlete, so Diego will be getting lots of exercise - just what he needs to keep him out of trouble. He has been neutered and loves his new home! And he gets to come to daycare all the time and help Megan at work!
Congratulations Diego!
Havoc / Maverick - Adopted to a loving family September 17, 2011

Havoc came to us at 10 months of age from a family that could not care for him any longer due to life circumstances. After some training and learning his manners, he was ready for adoption! Many applications came in for Havoc, but none were the right fit until we received an application from a young family with lots of time and patience for this active young male rottweiler.
Havoc is now "Maverick" and is doing really well in his new home. He gets taken to the dog park on a regular basis, loves going for long hikes and is loving being part of a family. Havoc comes to stay with us for boarding when his parents get a few days off, so we get to see his happy smiling face every now and again. Congratulations Havoc! We miss you!
Lily - Adopted to a loving family September 14, 2011

Lily came to us because she was having difficulty dealing with a new baby in her home; she was becoming very anxious and unhappy. Nothing seemed to work and her owners decided she would be best in a home with more time for her training, as Lily is a very smart girl!
Lily hit the jackpot! Lily is now living on a working ranch in Northern BC of several thousand acres! She goes for daily romps in the fields, helping with work arounds the ranch. Lily will also be competing in Agility and Obedience Trials through the CKC, so look for her name starting in the Spring of 2012 - "Firesong's Lily Flower". Congratualtions Lily! We are so happy for you!
Moe - adopted to a loving family on December 20, 2010

We picked up Moe at a local animal shelter that was closing down. Poor Moe was miserable! He was overweight, had bad teeth, and urinary crystals - he was a very grumpy guy and nobody wanted him.
After some much needed vet care (Thanks to Cross Our Paws Rescue for helping with his dental extractions!) and some time to learn to enjoy life, we began taking in applications for Moe. Because of his rough start in life, it was ahrd to find the right fit for Moe. He didn't like to be picked up or cuddled, which most homes were looking for in a small dog. Finally, the perfect home came along!
Moe was adoptd to a home with an older male shih tzu named "Joe" (I know, Moe and Jow - how cute!) and they have recently added Sadie to their home as well, another small dog abandoned at a shelter. Now Moe, Joe and Sadie are the best of friends and enjoy going to the park across the street every day. Moe has come out of his shell, likes to be held and cuddled and is a happy healthy boy! Congratulations Moe!
Nella - adopted to a loving family on November 29, 2009

Nella was given up because she wasn't getting along with the other dogs in her family. Nella wasn't getting the attention she needed and was grumpy because of it.
After some socializing, a diet and some time to relax, Nella went to a wonderful new home with a lady who was looking for a sweet companion to share her home and go for walks with. Nella was perfect!
Now Nella is in her glory - she loves when people come to visit her and enjoys her slow walks around the neighbourhood. Congratualtions Nelly Belly, we miss you and your funny smile!
Lilly Belle - Adopted to a loving family on May 27, 2008
Lily and her brother were given up for adoption when the family underwent some major changes and couldn't care for them anymore.
Lily now lives in a home with two other dogs and is happy as can be! Lilly went on a diet and lost some weight and looks great! Lilly has always been a happy silly girl and loves to play fetch and make people smile. Congratulations Lilly!
Dizzle - adopted to a loving family on July 17, 2008

Dizzle was Lilly's brother and he came to us at the same time. Dizzle was extremely overweight and had some anxiety issues! After some time in a foster home and some training and socializing, a wonderful home came along for Dizzle! Dizzle, now "Whiskey" hopped a plane and went to Vancouver Island. He went on a diet, learned to relax and is now a happy healthy guy. Congratulations Dizzle!
